Register for the show

How do I register for the show?

Click on " Register for the show " and complete the form to receive your invitation by email. Each invitation is free, mandatory, and personal.

Create an additional invitation to add a participant and click “ Add a companion ”.

Find all your invitations on the show homepage via the “ My invitation ” button or in your personal space under “ My invitations ”.

First, complete your own registration. Then, add your guests via your personal space by clicking on " Add Guests ." Each guest will receive a personalized invitation. Find all your invitations (yours and those of your guests) in " My Space " then " My Invitations ."

A unique email address is required per registration. For assistance, contact us at promosalon@letudiant.fr

You can present your invitation on your smartphone or print it to access the show. We recommend choosing the digital format for eco-responsibility reasons.

You can also add your invitation to your Wallet tool on your phone (Android and iOS).

Once your registration is complete, you can download your invitation from the show homepage via the “My Invitation” button or directly by email.

Please note that confirmation emails sometimes end up in your spam folder . If you cannot find your invitation, you can contact us at promosalons@letudiant.fr .

Yes, you can register directly on site with our hosts and hostesses.

However, we recommend that you register online before the show to facilitate your arrival.

Prepare my visit

Where can I find all the information about the show (date, time and location)?

Find all the practical information on the show's homepage or in the " Prepare my visit" section.

For a pleasant and successful visit, prepare your route in advance by selecting the exhibitors you wish to meet and the conferences you want to attend.

Make sure you're registered for the show and download your invitation, which you'll need upon arrival. For more information and advice, visit the Prepare my visit section .

No, exits are not final . If you still have questions for the exhibitors, you can return with the same invitation. Simply let our hosts and hostesses know during your second visit to the show entrance.

To ensure your safety at our trade shows, we conduct bag checks at the entrance. No sharp or dangerous objects are permitted. Security guards are also present at the event venue. If you have any problems, please contact the trade show reception.

You can retrieve your proof of attendance directly from the My Space section . It will be available once your attendance at the show is confirmed. If you have any difficulties, our reception team is available to assist you on-site.

Only guide dogs or assistance dogs are allowed at our shows.

Most of our lounges offer dining areas. Before your arrival, please check the lounge floor plan to be sure. The park or surrounding area may also offer dining options.

If you find an item, please return it to the show reception desk. If lost, please also go to the reception desk where lost and found items are kept. After the show closes, requests should be addressed directly to the park concerned.

Download the trade show's communications kit at https://pro.letudiant.fr/livret-de-communication . It contains a variety of materials to promote the event. Feel free to share it with your network.

Attend a conference

Do I need to register for the conferences? How can I find the program?

Access to the conferences is free and open to all . To facilitate your participation, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of the conference. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and encourages interactivity between the audience, the journalist, and the speakers. These moments of exchange represent a unique opportunity to get answers to your questions. Find the conference program now in the "Conferences " section.

We offer you the opportunity to follow the conferences live and in audio from the show page, in the "Conferences " section. Please note that these sessions are not available for replay. We therefore recommend that you consult the program in advance and use the "Add to my selection" feature to ensure you don't miss anything.

Come in a school group

How do I register a school group for the fair?

On letudiant.fr , in the " Fairs " section, select the fair for which you would like to register a school group. Then click on the "Register a school group" button on the homepage and fill out the form.

You can then download your invitation, which is essential for your access. There is no need to print it; you can present it on your smartphone. Your students do not need to download an individual invitation . For any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us via promosalons@letudiant.fr .

If you need to modify, add, or delete information about your group registration, you can do so directly online from your profile. Go to the home page and click " Modify my group registration ."

You also have the option of creating a new invitation in the name of another contact person for the school group to register several classes from the same establishment.

Some of our fairs are eligible for financial support for school group transportation. To learn more about the conditions, contact us directly at promosalons@letudiant.fr . We promise to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

To prepare your students, we encourage you to create an account using the link sent to you when you registered. This will give them access to all the necessary information, such as the show's presentation, highlights, map, exhibitor list, content and training offered, and the conference program.

Become an exhibitor or partner

How to become an exhibitor or partner?

If you would like to become an exhibitor or partner at one of our trade fairs, please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Department using this form .

Find all the exhibitors in the "Exhibitors" or "Interactive Map" sections. You can contact them directly by clicking on their profile or add them to your selection to create a personalized tour itinerary.

Please note that the exhibitor list is generally posted online 15 days before the start of the show . Before this date, you will find the list of exhibitors from the previous year.

How do I get my press badge?
